    CO-FOUNDER / Chief Instructor

    Anoop is a seasoned technology executive who brings a unique perspective to firearm instruction. He purchased his first firearm in his 30s, inspired by the birth of his first child, and has since combined personal experience with professional expertise to deliver impactful training. With over 20 years as an academic lecturer and more than 15 years in executive leadership, Anoop is committed to providing relevant, comprehensive, and best-in-class instruction designed for both families and individuals.

    Robert is a serial entrepreneur with extensive real-world expertise, including 12 years as a U.S. Army Veteran specializing in Range Safety and Airborne operations, and 15 years in law enforcement. Robert has successfully built and led diverse teams and has incubated numerous mid-sized businesses. His operational experience spans international deployments in active combat zones as well as domestic counter-terrorism efforts.
