With over 20 years of teaching experience, 15 years in executive leadership, and the perspective that comes from fatherhood, Anoop blends real-world application with proven techniques, always rooted in safety and competence.

  • Anoop

    CO-FOUNDER / Chief Instructor

    Anoop is a seasoned technology executive who brings a unique perspective to firearm instruction. He purchased his first firearm in his 30s, inspired by the birth of his first child, and has since combined personal experience with professional expertise to deliver impactful training. With over 20 years as an academic lecturer and more than 15 years in executive leadership, Anoop is committed to providing relevant, comprehensive, and best-in-class instruction designed for both families and individuals.

    Instructor / Trainer

    Robert is a serial entrepreneur with extensive real-world expertise, including 12 years as a U.S. Army Veteran specializing in Range Safety and Airborne operations, and 15 years in law enforcement. Robert has successfully built and led diverse teams and has incubated numerous mid-sized businesses. His operational experience spans international deployments in active combat zones as well as domestic counter-terrorism efforts.

    Instructor / Coach

    Kevin is a Carry Concealed Weapon Program DOJ Certified Instructor, POST-certified Instructor, and NRA-certified Range Safety Officer who brings a calm, methodical approach to every class. His top priority is safety, and he’s committed to creating a learning environment where students feel confident, supported, and focused on building their skills.

  • Adam

    Instructor / Coach

    Adam is a certified Department of Justice (DOJ) Certified CCW Instructor, NRA Instructor across multiple disciplines, and a USCCA Instructor. He also holds the designation of NRA Chief Range Safety Officer. In addition to his professional work, Adam volunteers at his local range as a Range Safety Officer and donates over 200+ hours annually to provide firearms training and community education.
