Refund and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you register only for classes you fully intend to attend. Each class is staffed with certified instructors and supported by materials purchased in advance based on enrollment.
Refunds:
Course fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
If you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class, you may reschedule once to a future session at no additional cost.
If you cancel or miss more than one class, a new course fee will be required.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your course fee.
Cancellations by Us:
If we cancel a class for any reason, you may choose to reschedule to a future class or receive a full refund of the course fee paid.
Important Information Regarding CCW Permits
We do not guarantee that you will be issued a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit in California or any other state.
For California residents:
Apply for your initial or renewal CCW permit directly with your local issuing authority.
Once your application is approved, you may then enroll in the required class.
It is your responsibility to ensure your CCW application and training documentation are submitted within the deadlines set by your issuing authority.
For Instructor Candidates:
Enrollment in our instructor courses does not guarantee authorization to teach CCW classes in California or any other jurisdiction. Approval to instruct is determined by the respective licensing or jurisdictional authority and depends on factors such as background checks, qualifications, and other criteria beyond our control.
